There are plenty of things to do near the house. We put together a list of places worth visiting.

Is there a BBQ setup?
There is a dedicated grill area with skewers and a grill rack. If you plan a BBQ, please bring charcoal and lighter fluid yourself.
Can we cancel or reschedule the booking?
Cancellation or rescheduling with full deposit refund is available no later than 7 days before arrival.
Is there parking?
We have free gravel parking on site.
I need internet
Mobile internet from major Russian operators works fine on site. Wi-Fi is also available.
Are pets allowed?
We are dog friendly, you can come with well-behaved pets. Pet fee is 1500 RUB for the whole stay (deposit may be higher for exotic animals such as puma, raccoon, mountain goat, etc).
Important rule: do not let your pet roam free; use a leash or harness on walks. And please pick up after your pet and use the bins on site (they have paws, they cannot do it themselves).

Drinking water
A filtration system is installed. The filter covers drinking, cooking, tea and coffee. You do not need to bring bottled water.
What if I have no car?
You can use Delimobil car-share, the drop-off zone is 10 minutes from the house in Yakhroma, then a 250 RUB taxi. Or you can take a suburban train to Yakhroma station, then a 5-minute taxi to the house.
Is the house warm?
Yes. The house has underfloor heating, and if you like it warmer there are additional radiators.
Stores nearby
The closest larger stores are Pyaterochka, Bristol and Magnit. About 4 minutes by car to the nearest one.
Can we add an extra sleeping spot?
Yes, but it must be agreed in advance and is paid separately. It is STRICTLY forbidden to bring your own folding bed or air mattress because the house has infrared underfloor heating. Please understand: this is for the safety of both your health and the house.
Excellent house, very beautiful, cozy and warm. Everything you need is there: linens, dishes, BBQ tools, towels, dishware enough for 8 guests when ours visited. The ski slopes are very close. We set off fireworks on the field and watched parachutists in the morning on the way to the store. In the evening we sang karaoke and played the many board games the hosts have. Our kid was thrilled running around with the dog. We celebrated the holidays in great spirits. Highly recommend, very welcoming hosts, thank you!

Excellent house and just as excellent host. Everything is clean, the house has absolutely everything. 2 minutes to the ski resort by car. Very warm inside. I recommend, you will not regret it.

1. Total privacy, only one house on the lot
2. Parking spot in the yard
3. Very clean. I am picky about cleanliness; even the skewers are clean - that says it all
4. Very stylish. New Year decor, tree and fireplace
5. Great layout. Spacious house with high ceilings and panoramic glazing. Two bedrooms with double beds, kitchen-living, large bathroom with shower, utility room and entryway
6. Everything you need: small bags, foil, teas, coffee capsules, laundry detergent, individual toothbrushes, charcoal, lighter
7. Lots of entertainment: board games, Alice speaker, game console, karaoke

Minor minus: the water has a slight scent but it was not critical for us. Almost always the case with bore-hole water.
